Fastr Broadband has completed a broadband rollout in York, giving 8,000 homes and businesses access to high speeds of up to 8,000 Mbps from the full fibre network.

brsk has added the two north west towns to its rollout plans, covering around 60,000 further homes and businesses.
Work will begin to add premises in St Helens in Merseyside, and Ashton In Makerfield in Greater Manchester, to a national footprint which has already passed 552,000 premises.
COO Ian Kock said: “Strong collaboration between Local Authorities and Operators will prove crucial to driving digital inclusion by making sure that world-class technology is available and usable for everyone, rather than a select lucky few.
“Quite frankly, we think it’s criminal that so many residents have had to suffer with slow, expensive broadband for so long.”
