Fastr Broadband has completed a broadband rollout in York, giving 8,000 homes and businesses access to high speeds of up to 8,000 Mbps from the full fibre network.

GoFibre has kicked off its full fibre rollout in the east Lothian commuter towns of Haddington, Dunbar and North Berwick.
Construcoion is expected to be complete by summer this year with 12,000 premises able to access full fibre.
Alex Cacciamani, GoFibre’s CEO, said: “As we construct our transformative full fibre network, we would like to thank everyone for their ongoing patience during the construction phase.”
GoFibre’s parent company, Borderlink Broadband recently secured an investment of £164 million from Gresham House to accelerate its rollout throughout Scotland and the North of England. GoFibre aims to connect half a million homes over the next three years.
