CityFibre has completed the primary-build of its full fibre network in Havant, Westbourne and other surrounding areas, allowing over 22,000 homes in the region access - around 98% of premises - making it one of the best-connected locations in the UK.

Lit Fibre’s network has gone live in areas of Clacton-on-Sea after two months of building. Homes in the south and east areas of the railway station the first to be able to order.
CEO Tom Williams said: “We know how much the town has been suffering from poor broadband, being left behind by others who just talk of bringing better services here.”
Cllr Lesley Wagland, Cabinet Member for Economic Renewal, Infrastructure and Planning at Essex County Council, added: “Digital connections are a huge benefit to our residents and businesses and will improve lives and boost the regional and national economy.”
Meanwhile, Lit fibre has taken the decision to postpone its build in Frinton-on-Sea to limit disruption to residents from multiple fibre operators already building networks in the town.
