Lindsey Fussell, former Ofcom Group Director for Networks and Communications has been appointed new Chair of the Digital Connectivity Forum (DCF), an expert advisory forum for the sector.

Trooli has strengthened its senior leadership structure by promoting Operations Director Brian O’Neill to the newly created role of COO.
O’Neill will assume full responsibility for Trooli’s operational activity, enabling CEO Andy Conibere to further plot the company’s strategic direction.
Prior to joining Trooli, O’Neill was a senior leader with Vodafone, and has more than 25 years’ senior management experience across the UK, Europe, and North America.
Conibere said: “O’Neill’s promotion is an important step in enabling us to continue to grow at scale.”
