AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) has completed the consolidation of Giganet, Jurassic Fibre, Swish Fibre, the original AllPoints Fibre, and Cuckoo into a single group, with APFN (a wholesale business) and Cuckoo (a retail business) now operating as self-standing companies.

Homes and businesses connected to Openreach’s Tring network were left without broadband or phone services after a rodent gnawed through the outer casing of the operator’s cables to build a nest.
Since discovering the damage engineers have worked to repair the damage. This proved a struggle as the underground chambers had been covered over within a private property.
The repair included rerouting 650 metres of cabling to avoid disturbing the nest.
