CityFibre has completed the primary-build of its full fibre network in Havant, Westbourne and other surrounding areas, allowing over 22,000 homes in the region access - around 98% of premises - making it one of the best-connected locations in the UK.

Openreach’s Essex network is now accessible to 220,000 homes and businesses, around a third of the county’s population.
So far, the provider has spent around £66 million commercially and in partnership with Essex County Council’s Digital Essex programme.
In the next 18 months it will extend the network across Basildon, Braintree, Clacton-on-Sea, Grays Thurrock, Harwich, Laindon, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea and Stanford-le-Hope.
Kieran Wines, Openreach’s Partnership Director for the East of England said: “Following our earlier work in partnership with Essex County Council, our commercial investment across Essex continues at pace.”
Douglas Parrant, Head of Digital Connectivity at Essex County Council added: “The provision of full fibre broadband will future-proof Essex, allowing residents and businesses to engage with a growing number of digital opportunities”
