Openreach is celebrating the milestone of reaching 90% coverage of its full fibre rollout across Northern Ireland – with the region becoming the first within the Openreach UK network to hit this target.

Northern Ireland's state backed Project Stratum has provided gigabit access to 15,000 premises in the first year of its full fibre rollout.
The £165m Project was funded under the DUP/Conservative Confidence and Supply deal and is being delivered alongside altnet Fibrus.
Economy Minister Gordon Lyons said: "Once completed the Project will see more than 76,000 premises across Northern Ireland being given Next Generation Access broadband speeds."
