CityFibre has completed the primary-build of its full fibre network in Havant, Westbourne and other surrounding areas, allowing over 22,000 homes in the region access - around 98% of premises - making it one of the best-connected locations in the UK.

CityFibre’s £50m investment into Southend-on-Sea’s digital infrastructure could spawn £800m in economic benefits.
The study estimates that over a fifteen-year period, Southend-on-Sea will see £296m in productivity and innovation gains, £65m from a widened workforce, and up to £497m in increased housing value.
Technological benefits include £705m in gross value added from 5G services and £125m from potential Smart City initiatives.
The new jobs created will also generate an estimated £23m in incremental GVA and most will be recruited locally to support the rollout. In Southend-on-Sea, flexible working productivity uplifts are estimated to exceed £17m.
Area Manager Jean Gowin said: “The research underlines how transformational full fibre infrastructure will be for Southend-on-Sea.
“Our network will propel the city forward, unlocking innovation and productivity gains for businesses, while allowing seamless streaming at home.”
