M Group has acquired Telent, in a move that will expand the company’s reach into adjacent markets and enhance its ability to deliver integrated solutions across the telecom, transport, water, and energy sectors.

Circet has strengthened its range of services to the telecom service market with the acquisition of Qube GB, an in-home maintenance specialist.
The acquisition bolsters both company’s last-mile proposition to altnets and full fibre network builders.
Qube brings around 700 UK-based employees to the group and already services several domestic network operators.
