Quickline has partnered with Leeds Community Foundation to introduce a new community-focused fund to support organisations in Leeds and Bradford that work with children, young people, and families helping develop digital skills and improve employment.

GoFibre is calling on charitable and community projects across its Aberdeenshire and Angus builds to apply to its £50,000 fund ahead of the deadline on the 31st of March.
The altnet’s GoFurther Fund offers £3,000 to those who meet the relevant criteria, including supporting the creation of work experience opportunities, developing skills and the local economy, promoting good health and wellbeing, or actively tackling climate change and contributing to net zero targets in their local areas.
As part of the debut round of funding last year, five organisations from East Lothian, Fife, and the Borders received support after being selected from over 60 worthy applicants.
Neil Conaghan, CEO at GoFibre, said: “We have now been building across both regions for almost two years and it’s great to continue working with the local communities.”
GoFibre has made fibre available to around 18,000 residents and businesses across towns in Aberdeenshire and Angus with the network now live in the areas of Stonehaven, Newtonhill, Portlethen, Laurencekirk, Montrose, Forfar, and Kirriemuir.
