Netomnia reaches 2.3m premises serviceable in 2025

Netomnia has released the Group’s Q1 2025 results, celebrating what it describes as “a milestone quarter”, and one that has seen strong growth across the board.

The healthy results included revenue increase of £19.9m (an increase of 304% year on year), alongside a rise in premises serviceable to 2.32m, with an extra 239,000 added in Q1.

This is also alongside a 50,000 increase over Q1 for premises connected to 288,000, with a 9% rise in take-up rate to 12.4% quarter on quarter.

This follows the recent £160m junior debt raise from I Squared Capital and Palistar Capital, complementing the company’s £880m senior debt facility and bringing total funding to £1.04 billion.

Together, Netomnia, YouFibre, and brsk now serve 2.4m premises, with 310k connections. With a build rate of 1m premises per year and the new capital, Netomnia has raised its serviceable target from 3m by end-2025 to 5m by end-2027.

It also remains on track for positive EBITDA in 2025.

Jeremy Chelot, Group CEO - Netomnia, YouFibre and brsk commented: “We’re poised to reach three million premises serviceable and achieve EBITDA positivity in 2025.

“Our success is underscored by securing a £160 million junior debt facility, affirming our robust business model. In a UK market ripe for consolidation, we stand out as the premier platform to lead this transformation.”
