The Vodafone and Three UK (CK Hutchison) merger has now completed, creating a new business that will invest £11bn over the next 10 years.

Hull-based ISP Octaplus has acquired the residential customer base of Legend Fibre, which will begin focusing solely on its B2B customers.
Octaplus CEO Gladstone Gonsalves said: “This move is a synergistic and accretive one. As we look to provide customers with internet, TV and phone services, Legend Fibre will focus on B2B services. It is therefore a win-win for all the stakeholders.”
The ISP is partnered with local altnet MS3, CityFibre and F&W Networks.
