Lightning Fibre has appointed Michael Postle as CFO to oversee a new period of growth, with plans to double its workforce.
Postle joins from Neos Networks where he spent five years across CFO and CRO roles.
He replaces the outgoing Mark Hutchings who helped develop Lightning Fibre’s business model to attract its initial external funding agreement.
Hutchings said: “Everyone has worked extremely hard to get Lightning Fibre to where it is today and that is a huge part of the reason for taking the business further.
“As Lightning Fibre enters the next exciting chapter it is clear that the CFO role needs to be full time and office based to support the finance and leadership team in achieving the company’s goals.”
