The Vodafone and Three UK (CK Hutchison) merger has now completed, creating a new business that will invest £11bn over the next 10 years.

Shared Access, owner and operator of shared telecommunications infrastructure, has acquired Node Technologies to add fibre and smart tech expertise to the business.
Node Technologies is a Manchester property technology business delivering fibre-based smart building solutions.
It will remain as a standalone entity with co-founder and CEO, Christian Anderton continuing to lead day-to-day operations.
