Fastr Broadband has completed a broadband rollout in York, giving 8,000 homes and businesses access to high speeds of up to 8,000 Mbps from the full fibre network.

YouFibre has today connected its first customer in Grantham, Lincolnshire, after announcing it would begin work on the network back in July with the help of Light Source.
The first Grantham customer Olcian Lewis was awarded a year’s free YouMesh solution.
“We are entering Grantham on the next stage of our journey, empowering residents and businesses with the endless opportunities that an ultrafast internet connection provides,” said Ryan Battle, MD of YouFibre.
Along with ISP YouFibre, Netomnia recently secured £295m to connect one million premises by 2023.
