Zzoomm is making an £8m investment to pass 10,000 premises in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire.
South Elmsall becomes one of the first towns in West Yorkshire, alongside Hemsworth to join Zzoomm’s roadmap.
Zzoomm CEO Matthew Hare said: “We are offering a service to residents and businesses in the area that is not reliant on the slow, unreliable copper used by traditional broadband providers in the area.”
The altnet recently announced the next phase of its rollout, with Bewdley, Middlewich, Tadcaster, Ripon, Hemsworth, Bolton Upon Dearne and Thurnscoe soon to join South
