TOTSCo (The One Touch Switching Company) will be making business broadband switching connection testing available from the end of May – with a planned go-live in early 2026, working closely with the industry to ensure that the solution is robust, practical and ready to scale.

KCOM and Sonalake have completed end-to-end integration testing of their OTS solutions.
These cover the full OTS lifecycle (match, order, cancel, update and trigger) in gaining and losing roles.
Niall Halpenny, Director Telecoms Sonalake, said: “Our pivOTS is an enterprise-grade solution to enable ISPs to achieve OTS compliance and is being deployed by several ISPs.”
